Termination of Usage

USPossible makes no representation that Materials contained on any of the Sites or products described or offered on any of the Sites are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the United States, or that this Agreement complies with the laws of any other country. Visitors who use any of the Sites and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree that you will not access any of the Sites from any territory where its contents are illegal, and that you, and not The USPossible Parties, are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

This Agreement is effective unless until terminated by either you or USPossible. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Site. USPossible may also terminate or suspend this Agreement, at any time, without notice, and accordingly deny you access to any of the Sites, if in USPossible’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement or your use is harmful to the interests of another user . Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or us, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from any of the Sites, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise. USPossible reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, use of any of the Sites (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

You agree that The USPossible may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of any of the Sites, without notice, for any conduct that USPossible, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user or The USPossible Parties.

USPossible authorizes you to view and download the Materials only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials. You may not modify or adapt the Materials in any way or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purposes.  In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are Marks of USPossible and may not be copied, imitated or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of USPossible. will fully enforce its intellectual property rights of the law.

Third Party Websites

Links on any of the Sites to third party websites are provided only as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Sites. USPossible does not control or endorse any such third-party websites. You agree that USPossible will not be responsible or liable for any content, goods or services provided on or through these outside websites or for your use or inability to use such websites. You will use these links at your own risk.

Without limiting the foregoing, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or using any of the Sites, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

USPossible cannot issue you a refund for the services that we render. This includes website designs, online marketing services, video editing, social media, graphics work, print work, logo work, and content writing. We take a careful approach to helping you get the best Internet exposure possible. We guarantee use of the best SEO practices possible, using only “white hat” SEO techniques to help you grow your rankings and traffic.

All services

You may cancel ongoing services, retainer, hourly services or subscription at any time unless otherwise noted in your contract.  Once we have begun service or labor on your project, accounts, orders, etc, we do not issue refunds  for any reason. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. We do not pro-rate any services or memberships.

** All services are offered at the client’s own risk: no guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.**

**USPossible do not guarantee of a single PPC or digital advertisement provider such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube..etc. who offers refunds on ads, clicks, budget, etc. **

Subscription

If you sign up for subscription and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please submit a cancellation request form by email to [email protected] from the registered email address. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period within 7 days of receipt of your request, in each case provided that the request was made in accordance with these cancellation instructions. We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your cancellation request.

In order to process such request sent by email, we may ask you to provide the following information: a brief comment explaining why would you like to cancel your subscription, your billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), email address, login name, and other identity verification and/or authentication information.

**All sales are final unless otherwise noted. We do not pro-rate any services or Subscription.**

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if your request refers to the recurring payment or for some other reasons as could be described in USPossible Terms of Service.

Contract Based Agreements (Video Production, Web Development, Web Design .. Etc.)

All contract cancellation policies are outlined in each agreement specifically.  Refunds are not issued under contract based services as long as USPossible can reasonably show the work that was contracted for as outlined in the contract agreement.  Please see your individual contract based agreement with USPossible for specific guidance and clarification of the cancellation process.

Disclamer of Guarantees & Expected Results

We absolutely do not guarantee results in any way.  Most professional marketers and marketing agencies do not guarantee results. In short, we are in the business of working with our clients to improve their revenue and profitability, but the majority of the systems, corporations and people who come into play in a marketing, sales and business scenario are completely beyond our control.

USPossible does not have control over the policies, and practices, of third party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Google My Business, Yelp or similar sites/directories. USPossible does not have control over third party social media companies and practices such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar businesses.  Client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) content, photos, social media content, and graphics. Client also assumes all risk, and responsibility, for content that is posted to any social media site, USPossible, on the client’s behalf.

Limitation of Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN OUR PRODUCT AND WEBSITE, USPOSSIBLE.COM TERMS WITH YOU OR IN A BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT (IF APPLICABLE), THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES REMAINS WITH YOU. NEITHER USPOSSIBLE. ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OTHER REPRESENTATIVES, NOR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CLAIMS, EXPENSES OR OTHER COSTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, TIME, OPPORTUNITY, CONTENT, DATA, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, EXPENSES OR OTHER COSTS FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES, OR FROM ANY COMMUNICATIONS, INTERACTIONS, OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICES OR OTHER PERSONS WITH WHOM YOU COMMUNICATE OR INTERACT AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STATUTE, EQUITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORSEEABLE, AND WHETHER OR NOT USPOSSIBLE HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED IN MEETING ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
